Class Supplies & Fees
We request a donation of between $25-$35 for each student at the beginning of the year. This can be paid by credit card, check made out to Creekside or cash.

If making your donation by cash or a check, please have your child bring it to the office with their name and 20-21 grade level on the outside of the envelope. Please make checks out to Creekside Elementary In the memo section please write "School Supplies".
Your donation will be used by teachers to purchase classroom supplies so that everything is ready for students on the first day of school and allows teachers to replenish supplies as needed. We have found this to be a cost and time efficient way to provide students the supplies they need.
Not all families are able to pay for their supplies. If you would like to help other Creekside families you can make a larger payment. All funds collected will be applied to the school supply costs.
